The name Recruiter doesn't quite cut it, though you tackle the recruitment process from A to Z. Exploring all avenues to find the best people, linking them to the right role at Effectory and making sure they are fully equipped when they start: this is what keeps you busy. How to target the right groups or individuals by using the right media in this day and age, where to meet them, what to organize to get them acquainted with Effectory one day and hire them the next; these are challenges you – together with your recruiter colleague and the rest of HR team – are constantly facing. And you love it. You scan the labor market online and offline and ensure the world knows that we are a fun, mission-driven and innovative employer via short, energetic campaigns and in the way we communicate on the net and in print. And, to ensure we deliver on our promise as a great employer, you generate ideas ranging from how we can improve our introductory program to how we can make the hiring process more efficient and effective.

The recruiter is part of the HR team and works closely with another recruiter as well as the HR adviser, assistant and intern.

This is you

You are inventive in utilizing a wide range of channels to find the right people for the job. You are an experienced recruiter (min. 2 years, preferably in recruiting for IT positions) with at least bachelor level education and fluent proficiency in English, and use proven interview techniques and methods to quickly assess whether the candidate and the role are a match made in heaven. You are confident and knowledgeable about what each vacant role entails and in which context and with which clients they (might) operate. You bring a vast network with you which proves invaluable to reach the greatest result in the shortest time possible in a tight labor market. You have played an active role in labor market communication initiatives in the past and can keep an overview during the hectic recruitment process. We have no managers at Effectory and your high level of self-support, sense of responsibility, initiative and collaborative spirit make you a perfect match with us.
